The challenge

Free needed an employer-branding site to showcase its culture and values and attract top talent.

What I built

An employer-branding website highlighting the company's culture, values, benefits and open roles. Built with Next.js and TypeScript, styled with Tailwind CSS, with all editorial content managed in a Strapi headless CMS so the recruiting team stays autonomous.

Outcome

A polished, content-driven careers site that gives candidates a clear window into working at Free.
